Florence & Tuscany

April 27 - May 3, 2026

An Intimate, Founder-Led Journey

Italy, As It Was Meant to be Experienced

Trip Destination

Italy Changed Us. Now We're Bringing the Right Women Back

Dates: April 27 - May 3, 2026

Location: Florence & Tuscany, Italy

Duration: 7 days / 6 nights

I’m Alisa, co-founder of There She Goes Tours — and I don’t take large groups to Italy because Italy changed me.

I lived there. I built a life there. I’ve returned more than fifteen times — not as a tourist, but as someone going home.

So when Nikki and I bring women to Florence and Tuscany, it isn’t a big tour.

It’s slow dinners.
A private Tuscan villa.
Conversations that linger.
Space to breathe.

We are intentional about who joins us — because this place is personal.

This isn’t about checking boxes.

It’s about feeling something.

Why Italy Holds a Sacred Place In My Heart

Nearly two decades ago, I accepted a last-minute invitation to Italy. I said yes without hesitation.

What I found there was wonder — an almost overwhelming sense of beauty and aliveness.

When I returned home, I carried that joy with me.

Days later, my life changed.

Italy became, in my memory, the place untouched by what came next —

a reminder of who I was in my most open and joyful state.

Years later, during another deeply transitional season, I returned. I lived there for a time —

not to escape, but to recalibrate.

Italy has always been where I return to clarity.

To perspective.
To joy.

That is why this experience is deeply intentional.

And why the women who join us matter.

Who Is this Trip For?

This Experience Is For You If…

You feel pulled to Italy in a way you can’t quite explain
• You want depth, not rush
• You value intimate groups over bus tours
• You want connection, not chaos
• You’re ready to say yes to something meaningful

This Is Not For You If…

• You want to move fast and check boxes
• You prefer large, anonymous tour groups
• You’re looking for the cheapest way to “see Italy”

We are building a circle — not filling seats.

And once it’s full, enrollment closes.

Florence & Tuscany - The Way I Know It

From April 26 – May 2, 2026, Nikki & I will host a small, private group of women in Florence and the Tuscan countryside.

Expect:

• A refined Tuscan villa stay
• Evenings that unfold slowly over candlelight and wine
• Private, thoughtfully selected experiences
• Time for both connection and solitude
• An atmosphere that feels effortless and elevated

We move with intention.

We prioritize beauty.

We create space for conversation that lingers long after the trip ends.

Trip Itinerary

Your Florence & Tuscany adventure is a tapestry of culture, cuisine, and connection—woven together to create an unforgettable experience. With each day, you’ll soak in Italy’s charm, share in laughter and discovery, and carry home memories that will stay with you for a lifetime.

April 27 - Day 1: Welcome & Wander

Arrival, Intention & Connect

12:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Arrivals, Welcome, Transfer to Hotel

This is a soft landing. Time to unpack, breathe, and step into the rhythm of a city I’ve loved for over 20 years.

That evening, Nikki and I will guide you on a gentle stroll through the Florence we return to again and again — followed by a long-table welcome dinner to begin our week together.

April 28 - Day 2: The Freedom To Explore

Florence is yours today.

Chase Renaissance masterpieces. Get lost in side streets. Find the perfect leather bag. Or do absolutely nothing but soak it in.

This isn’t a checklist trip.

It’s an invitation to experience Italy in a way that feels like you. Nikki & I will guide you in creating your perfect day.

April 29 - Day 3: From Florence To Our Tuscan Home

Ease into the morning at your own pace.

Then Nikki and I take you into Tuscany — stopping when something beautiful calls to us. A hilltop town. A hidden piazza. A perfect bite of pecorino.

By evening, we arrive at our private villa, exclusively ours for the week. Just our small circle of women, surrounded by vineyards and golden light.

This is where Italy slows down — and so do you.

April 30 - Day 4: The Heart of Siena

We spend the day immersed in Siena — a city that feels untouched by time.

We’ll explore its circular streets, hidden corners, and breathtaking piazzas at a pace that allows you to truly feel it.

And then… we gather at our villa for a private dinner prepared by a local Nonna — cooking with love, tradition, and recipes passed down through generations.

This isn’t just a meal.

It’s an experience you can’t Google.

May 1 -Day 5: The Art of Slow Tuscany

This morning, our Nonna returns — this time to teach us.

Hands in flour. Sauce simmering. Recipes passed down through generations.

We cook together, then gather around the table to enjoy the fruits of our lesson.

And if the afternoon calls for more? A wine tasting next door. A countryside walk. A spontaneous village escape.

This is Tuscany, your way.

May 2 - Day 6: Postcards & A Perfect Return

We spend the day wandering storybook towns — Pienza, Montepulciano — tasting wine, admiring architecture, soaking in the beauty that makes Tuscany unforgettable.

Then we return to Florence for our final evening together.

Back where we started.

But not the same women who arrived.

Day 7: Arrivederci (For Now)

We gather for breakfast together before departures.

If time allows, savor a final wander through Florence — a quiet piazza, a favorite shop, a last gelato.

Italy has a way of staying with you.

And something tells us this won’t be your last time back.

**Unless otherwise noted, all meals, tours and transportation are included.

The Small Group Promise

Why We Keep This Small

Italy is personal.

I cannot take 25 strangers there.

We intentionally limit this experience to a small, curated group of women so the energy stays aligned,

the connection stays intimate, and the experience remains elevated.

When it fills, we close enrollment.

No expanding the group.
No squeezing in extras.

If you feel the pull, don’t wait.

Let's Get Walking - What To Expect Physically:

Our adventures are full of charm—and so are the cobblestone streets, rolling hills, and historic staircases that come with them! Most days involve walking, light climbing, and being on your feet as we explore. You definitely don’t need to be an athlete, but a general level of mobility and stamina will help you enjoy the experience with ease. If stairs or longer walks are tricky for you, let’s chat before you book so we can make sure this trip will feel fun (not frustrating!).

What If I Have Dietary Restrictions?

We can accommodate most needs with advance notice—please let us know during registration.

Can I Come Solo?

Yes! Most of our guests do. You'll have a built-in group of amazing women to connect with from the start.

Arrivals, Transfers & Delays:

Travelers flying in for a tour are responsible for allowing enough time to deplane, collect luggage, and travel to the designated meeting location by the start time listed in the itinerary. There She Goes Tours is unable to delay the start of the tour for late arrivals, so please plan your flights accordingly.

Flight information must be provided to TSGT no later than your final payment due date. If your airline makes any changes to your arrival or departure time, it is your responsibility to notify us promptly so we can plan accordingly.

For tours where airport transfers are included, travelers who choose to arrange their own transportation to the hotel will do so at their own expense—no reimbursements will be provided for unused transfers.

If your arrival is delayed for any reason, please communicate directly with us as soon as possible and keep us updated on your revised arrival time. Travelers who miss the group’s scheduled transfer are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of catching up with the group at the next location.

Will I Need A Passport for this Trip?

Most of our tours are international and do require a valid passport. For trips within the United States, a passport is not necessary.

It is each traveler’s responsibility to ensure that their passport is valid for at least six (6) months beyond the end date of the tour. If you need to renew your passport, please do so as early as possible to avoid delays. Updated passport information may be requested by TSGT prior to your trip and must be provided no later than your final payment due date.

If you are unable to travel due to an expired or invalid passport, any refund of monies will follow TSGT’s standard cancellation policies, based on the date of your written withdrawal from the trip.

Do I Need A Visa:

Visa requirements vary depending on the destination and your country of residence. For each trip, we will notify you if a visa is required and provide guidance on how to apply. However, it is the traveler’s sole responsibility to apply for and secure the appropriate visa in time for travel. Please note that There She Goes Tours is not able to apply for visas on your behalf.

If a traveler is unable to participate in a trip due to failure to obtain a visa, any refund of monies paid will be subject to our standard cancellation policies, based on the date of your written withdrawal from the trip.

Cancellation By Traveller:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. The date we receive your written cancellation will determine any applicable refund and cancellation penalties, as outlined in your registration and invoice. Payments made directly to third-party providers (such as hotels, activity vendors, or local guides) are subject to their individual refund policies, regardless of your cancellation date.

Please note: Any penalties or fees charged by airlines or your travel insurance provider are solely the traveler’s responsibility.

There are no exceptions to TSGT’s cancellation policies. We’re a small business, and many of our travel expenses are paid well in advance on your behalf.

If you cannot afford to lose the money you've invested in your trip—for any reason—we strongly encourage you to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. It’s a smart way to protect your travel plans and your peace of mind.

Tour Cancellation by TSGT:

On rare occasions, There She Goes Tours (TSGT) may need to cancel a trip—either due to low enrollment or unexpected events beyond our control. If a tour is canceled because of low participation, we will notify you before final invoicing. However, TSGT reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time, up to the day of departure, for reasons outside of our control. In the event of a cancellation initiated by TSGT, all monies paid to us for the tour will be promptly and fully refunded.

Please note that TSGT is not responsible for any airline change fees, cancellation penalties, or other costs incurred as a result of tour cancellation. For this reason, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, interruption, and medical coverage—for peace of mind and protection against the unexpected.

Private Travel Planning:

Yes—we’re happy to help plan private travel! If you’re interested in a customized itinerary or a private version of one of our tours, please email Alisa & Nikki at [email protected] Let us know your desired destination, travel dates, and the type of experience you're looking for, and we’ll be in touch to let you know if it's something we can support.
